RailRiders Homepage with me and two of my crew during the 2005 Badwater Ultramarathon in Death Valley

Over the last few years I have been fortunate to have been featured in a few magazine and newspaper stories. Working as a consultant, and now at Tupperware is my livleyhood, but running ultradistance races all over the country has got me more publicity.

In 2006, Lake Magazine listed me as one of the top 5 athletes of Lake County.

RailRiders clothing manufacturer also featured me on their website and in their catalog.

Links to those articles and sponsors are on the left.

If you have any questions about any of these events or about ultra endurance events, feel free to send me an e-mail, I'll be happy to talk to you. I love helping others in the sport, and love talking about the various races all over the country.

Participating in endurance events has been part of my life since my college days. I've done countless 5k's, 10k's, USCF bicycle races and triathlons. I have completed a total of five Ironman triathlons and for the last few years have focused on ultra distance running events. At this point, I have completed several 100 mile or more runs, including two Western States 100 runs and two Badwater Ultra-marathons.

It seems that I only write race reports for those events that I truly suffer in. The races I do well in, just become undocumented history. I don't know why that is, but it gives a very biased slant to the race reports, as they all seem like there is so much suffering. But for every one of those very difficult challenges, are many wonderful races and great experiences.
